- Price and Payment:
All our product prices include all the applicable statutory taxes, fees and subject to availability. We make every effort to make sure that the pricing and availability of the products on our website is accurate and up to date. However, rarely, there may be an error on the pricing of a product or an error related to a product availability. In such cases, we are not responsible for any typographical errors and we reserve the right to cancel the sale. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and product availability/descriptions, even after you have submitted your order, and to change or update any other information at any time without prior notice. On average, our order may take about 2 weeks anywhere in the world. Working days and hours exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please note that delivery timings are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control. You can make the payment via any one of these methods: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking. Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking Payments are processed via our online payment service partners.
- Refunds Help Centre:
At Smart Solutions International™, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions. On the time of delivery if the package is damaged from outside, please do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery slip. Signing of the delivery slip indicates that the package has not been damaged in transit. After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from inside or it is different from what you ordered then you need to communicate with us through website We will lodge a complaint and will get back to you within next 24 – 48 hours. On basis of your complaint, Smart Solutions International™ will launch an internal investigation. If you are eligible for return/refund then Smart Solutions International™ will process the same. We will credit or exchange items in their original packaging only. At Smart Solutions International™, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
- Refunds Possible: If:
You received a defective item;
The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
The ordered items have past their expiry date. Please note: Refund payments will only be made via the original payment method of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

- Shipping Policy:
Smart Solutions International™ is offering Standard 2-weeks international shipping.The prices of courier at your specific location, and for the specific weight, will be generated dynamically during the checkout. Once you have placed the order and paid it, we will ship the order to you and you will receive it within about 2-weeks. After placing your order, when the order has been dispatched you can track your order with your relevant courier by taking the tracking number from our website.
